Orders

Orders are accepted subject to stock. We may call you to confirm details before shipping. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or the delivery information is incomplete.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Payment is cash on delivery unless we notify you of another method. Delivery charge is calculated by district and parcel weight at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by district. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you. Extra attempts or a wrong address may delay delivery.

Returns

Please inspect the product on delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, or not working as described. Warranty, where offered, follows the brand or store policy for that product.
